DAP is a thermoset process base material used for all electrical connector and transformer bases and slip rings. This material offers a DEFLECTION TEMPERATURE over 525F. It can offer dimensional accuracies in the range of a .001 of an inch and below. Dimensional stability and thermo-mechanical properties of DAP makes it an ideal material for surface mounted component applications. Used in low pressure molding for electrical contacts and electrical components.
